You can request that your Heal account and the personal data associated with it
be permanently deleted at any time. Heal is operated by AiCE-Lab, Dhaka,
Bangladesh.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to yahia.heal@gmail.com
with the subject line “Delete my Heal account”.
- Send it from the email address registered to your account, or include the phone number you
sign in with, so we can verify the request is yours.
- We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
We may ask you to confirm the request from your registered email address or
phone number before deleting anything — this protects your account from malicious deletion
requests.
What is deleted
- Your account profile: name, email address, and phone number.
- Your sign-in identity at our authentication service (auth.aice-lab.org), including any
trusted-device records.
- Your content activity: favourites, listening progress, and course enrolment.
- Your push-notification registration.
What may be kept, and for how long
- Payment and billing records connected to past subscriptions, where we are legally required
to retain them (kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires).
- Anonymised, aggregate statistics that no longer identify you (kept indefinitely).
- Server security logs, which expire automatically within 90 days.
Deleting your account does not require uninstalling the app first, and you may create a new
account later with the same email address or phone number.
